Sliema mcDonalds continued on their winning streak when they easily beat Sirens by 18-11 while San Giljan overcame a late Exiles surge to win in the final seconds 11-10

(4-1), (3-1), (2-2), (2-6)

San Giljan Firetech had to fight hard to beat a strongly resurgent Exiles Jet services who came back strongly in the final session after having been at least 9-3 down in the third. In fact a goal in the final seconds of the game decided the match with San Giljan's Toth clinching the winner to the jubilation of the Saints' fans.

In fact the first two sessions appeared to be quite one sided with San Giljan winning both 4-1 and 3-1 and their goals distributed quite evenly among the usual suspects. The third session was a close affair where it ended all square at 2-2 while the final session saw Exiles prevail by 6-2 but although Bonca and Cousin scored seven between them, they still went home empty handed.

(6-1), (4-2), (3-4), (5-4)

The second match of the evening was initially a completely one sided encounter with Sliema swamping Sirens with the latter offering practically no resistance until the final two sessions. The first two sessions went 6-1 and 4-2 in favour of Sliema with the goals distributed between Soler, Brownrigg and Meli.

The third session saw something of a comeback by Sirens who shaded it 4-3 chiefly through the efforts of Varga and Attard. The final session also saw Sirens reduce the deficit consistently with Sliema ending up easy winners anyway by 18-11.
